Kidd Motorcycles is a Harley-Davidson specialist workshop in Morayfield. Every job lived in Dean's head, customers rang constantly to check on their bikes, and the usual workshop booking software did not fit, because bike jobs grow and wait on parts. We built a system around how the workshop actually runs, on his own domain.
A fast, mobile-first site in the workshop's own colours and photos: services, custom builds, how booking works, and where to find them.
No time slots. Customers pick a morning or afternoon drop-off, add their bike and what it needs, with photos. A daily limit keeps room for the big jobs.
Each bike gets its own link showing where the job is up to, so customers check their phone instead of ringing the workshop.
Dean builds quotes on his phone, marking items as recommended or can wait. Customers approve them in a tap, and he updates a job's status the same way.
Morning or afternoon, plus the bike, what it needs and a few photos. No phone tag to get booked in.
Dean looks the bike over and sends a quote. Approve the recommended work or everything, and nothing extra gets done without an OK.
A private page shows where the bike is up to, from booked in to ready to pick up.
Everything runs on Dean's own accounts and his own domain, with no monthly software fee on top.
He controls all of it, and it belongs to him outright.
Every business is different, so we never sell a template. In a free consultation we look at how you run things and tell you what we would build, and what it would cost as a fixed price.
